Join us for the next AFG Chicago program on Tuesday, June 19. The focus will be the role of social media in fundraising. One of our featured panelists will be Sterling Raphael, President of Avectra Labs, a web-based Social CRM provider for associations and not-for-profits. Sterling is a staunch advocate of Social CRM, educating associations and not-for-profits on the value of moving away from transactional relationships that define many memberships toward more social human relationships. Sterling is a frequent featured speaker at ASAE, AFP and other industry events.
